Changing Auto Trans. Fluid for MR2

    Guys!!

I've got Toyota MR2 (auto) G-Limited 1993. I'd like to know if there is any way to change Automatic Transmission Fluid on my own. OR any workshop manuals available for this particular model.

    many thanks
    shiva

    Shiva,
I would assume if its like a 'normal' auto trans - there will be a oil plug on the trans sump.
Should be as easy as removing this and draining the fluid, then refilling (usually) via the trans dip stick tube.
If your going to this hassle though - I would also drop the trans sump and change the filter at the same time though, my filters are usually around the £10 - 15 mark, yours - I would assume - should be around the same

I believe this site will help, pdf file includes a drawing of the plug to drain fluid from and additional helpful information:
