    tyers for winter

at the moment i have a set of 15" OZ superleggars with falken tyers (can't remember the brand) but even though there great in the dry, once it gets wet i daren't take a corner above speed limit as i no grip what so ever! (the wheel goes loose as hell and it slides out - scarey when it first happened to me!)

can any one recomend a set of tyers that have great grip in the wet that don't break the bank?

Pirelli P6000's are probably the best all rounder you can buy.

    falken tyers
Budget tyres and total b0ll0x.. waste of time... enjoy the field!

    Toyo Proxes T1-S

I use em on my beast.... excellent tyres into corners!

EDIT: I use 205/50/15 and they cost £75.

    expensive tyres!

£75 per rim is a little Expensive, do they do them with a 45 profile? (as my car is lowered and 50 will catch with full lock)

i think i've left this a little late for the winter (as i don't have £300 for tyers!) lol

3dfx - u mention there great for corners, even in wet, cause thats where i'm being let down

i got beat by a bloody smart car in the wet cause i just got pure wheel spin through first and 2nd!
