Nissan almera sri parts?

Anyhow to the point

Ive got a 1.6 nissan almera (black) and i need a new rear bumper for it, is there anywhere that does parts for my car?

also

I want to mod the engine to get some more power out of it (currently 110bhp) but all i can find is an induction kit - is this all i can do?

not to sure about the bumper mate, but theres loads more you cn do to you engine, if you wanna spend loads.. pipercross viper induction kit, piper exhuast, kent cams, superchip as the basics, you could also do a "lowe" on it and chuck a couple of turbo's in there
