Got to order tickets for Oulton Park soon, superbikes are racing on Jon's Birthday this year, so that's where we'll celebrate it, we went last year and it was amazing

I enjoyed it last year.... especially the parade lap... blitzing around in my Megane.

There was very little blitzing on the parade lap And some of use weren't in a car - but rather outside in the pouring rain.

Other places i've read say that Renault will have all tickets out by the end of july, so no worries yet

5lab, it is the UK round of the World Series by Renault Formula Renault 3.5 championship, a racing series that slots inbetween F3 and the GP2 series, very nice cars - good sound and fine and quick, if you can get to the race, go for it!

They also have clio and megane trophy races - them megans were mighty loud on the start. And they normally have an F1 car doing demonstration runs.

Donington is a top track for spectating - went there for a BTCC race a few years ago, highly recommended.

Indeed, didn't the F1 car spin last year, or was it Rene Arnoux driving the classic Renault F1 car that spun, i'm sure it was one of the 2...

There's ages yet, chap, iirc I didn't get my tickets last year till a fortnight before the event...not that I actually went.

it did indeed! And we were at the end of the track at the time so we never even got to see it Got unfinished business with them! In fairness it was soaking wet...
