    Formula 1 testing [56k warning]

    Hello,

Been a while since I've posted in here! Anyway, just thought I'd share a few F1 testing pictures with you from Silverstone on Wednesday. Not been through all of my 300 photos as yet but here is a couple of Jenson and the Midland F1 team. More pictures will follow on my website - www.meangasoline.co.uk over the coming days.

Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoy

Jenson entering Becketts complex, in some photos I have you can really see the strain on the right rear tyre, I will post them when I have them sorted:

Midland F1 car round the Luffield complex:

    Jenson again:

Midland F1 car taking the first corner at the end of the pit straight:

    All photos taken with a Canon 350d and 70-200mm F/4 L.

    Thanks,

    Tom

Those are fantastic, what sort of shutter/aperture do you use for something like that, the motion blur is perfect!

Bit of an update, all the ones I am putting online are now available by following this link:

    www.meangasoline.co.uk - F1 testing

And here are 4 more images I just thought I'd put in here:

I really like this Midland F1 photo as it shows the load on the tyre's through Beckets, from what I've read this corner carries the biggest load on the tyre's out of every F1 circuit in the world

    Kimi:

    Fisi taking the Luffield complex:

    Nick Heidfeld exiting Luffield:

In answer to the question above, a combination of shutter speeds between 1/200 to 1/400 of a second are used, aperture normally sits around F/8 to gain maximum sharpness

    Thanks for looking,
