Question Need help finding car speakers

I recently purchased a cd/mp3 player for the car, which can deliver 45w per speaker channel. I am now thinking of replacing the front and back speakers and was wondering what are the best all round speakers for all styles of music without the need to buy amps etc.
I need something with a good range, as I will be playing everything from classical to heavy rock. I don't really want to spent over £100-150 for the lot, so if anyone knows of any that fit the bill, please let me know!

What size do they need to be? Cars are all different. If you don't know, what kind of car is it?

You can use car audio direct's Vehicle Selector link - www.caraudiodirect.co.uk

That might help you find the size speakers you need.

TBH if your going to run the speakers off the headunit, I wouldn't bother spending too much on the speakers. 45w is most likely going to be the 'max' power output, quite a bit higher than the real output.

    Sorry. Worst post ever!

Sorry, forgot to add car and speaker size details. The car is an 'L' reg Peugeot 106, and the back speakers are 4" in diameter. I wouldn't know what size the front speakers are unless I took the whole side panel off the door, which I don't really want to do at the moment. I would have thought they would be slightly bigger than the back ones, possibly 5"?
    Any suggestions?

106s have 13cm front speakers - I have just replaced a mates stock speakers with these - http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/prod...oducts_id=2985

Those'll be fine running off a headunit - if you were going to run a separate amp aswell, I would have suggested some better speakers.

    Anyone see these before:

Alpine and Blaupunkt also have similar models. I didn't know such a small powered sub existed. Very tempted to see if i can get one fitted under my Golf passenger seat and a slim amp under the drivers seat to power a decent set of replacement 17cm door speakers
