Corsair need to address this issue as soon as possible, the longer it takes the more people become aware. No doubt this is resulting in people choosing products from other manufactures. No company should be allowed to get away without having a reasonable system in place to cover such a heavily publicised warranty deal. All Corsair products will suffer from this situation.

A reasonable system as far as I am concerned would allow UK/EU customers to order replacement parts / have warranty work completed without sending products back to or from the USA. More importantly this reasonable system should allow UK/EU customers to pay for repairs/replacements without exposing their credit card details, i.e.. NOT requiring them to be sent by fax or email. The issue with taking payments alone is ridiculous.

Six months down the line Corsair still haven't made any changes, as Yellowbeard has pointed out its "still being worked on". What I would like to know is do Corsair take customer support seriously, as far as I can see they don't. UK/EU customers are still in the same situation as always, we currently have no viable support from Corsair.

Corsair, hang your head in shame.

    Hear, hear.

Corsair are not the only company to do this so it's unfair especially when their PSU's are in a class of their own, they are built with the very best parts even better than Seasonics own, I just think if your put off by the returns policy your missing out on a great product.

I know Corsair and believe in what you say, I have reason to do so, on every occasion I have ever needed help Corsair have been ready and willing, I personally wouldn't ever buy another make of PSU, I know of the efforts to make them the best in the world and I'm convinced they are.

Keep it up your doing great.

Yes, email them and tell them what PSU you have and what cable or cables you need. Use the subject line CORSAIR in your email.
