should i wait for TX650W? looking for some advice

hi, i'm going to build a new computer very soon, and i'm looking for a good power supply for it, but i cannot decide between waiting for the upcoming TX650W or just buy a HX520W right now, because i've no idea how will TX650W be, will there be some fundamental improvements over HX series? or it will be just a modular-less version of HX series?

personally, i'm looking for a power supply with,
- really good voltage regulation, low ripple, and clean output
- good quality of components inside (capacitors, transistors, ...)
- total output is not a factor, cause my new system will not consume more than 400W
- modular is not a factor, i'm happy with either modular or fixed cables

what should i do?
shall i buy a HX520W right now?
or i should wait for the upcoming TX650W?

The TX series is slightly different in design. However, there is no significant difference internally that makes either better than the other, both are great. Since modular does not matter, I would base it on price. If my opinion matters, I'd go with the modular HX 520 as it is plenty of wattage.
