Corsair HX620W would not power up

    Hey Corsair guys,

I am in desperate need of advice here, my psu as stated in the title suddenly refuse to power up. I have tried everything even stuff that was recomended in different forums. here is the thing, my brother bought it for me when I last went to germany and I am asking him to find me a copy of the receipt. I have a few questions:

    1. If he cant find the receipt will it be a big issue? this psu is covered for 5 years right?

    2. How do I go about sending it to california? I have read a few posts and I feel that I might as well spend an extra 30pounds instead of spending a fortune on another psu.

    3. What shall I send back? just the psu?

    4. I have checked everything and there was no burning smoke or smell, no thunder storms in the last few months here in sheffield. what other details should i provide?

    Thanks in advance

    Regards
    Winson

1: We don't require a receipt for the original owner.
2: Choose the best shipping options you have available to you, I am not familiar with your options there.
    3. No need to send cables, send only the PSU.
4: Please use the TSX Express to complete your RMA, all the details are there.

Re: Corsair HX620W would not power up

these things happens although like everyone else i would love it if the upper guys would get on it rather than just keep saying that stuff is in the works. would really help your sales in the european and asian market where there are a heck of a lot more market share for psu to be had. i know your hands are tied but just so they know that yet another customer is making noise about the shipping.

thanks anyway for your help and swift reply.

    cheers

by the way i received the RMA and I will proceed to send it off by tomorrow or monday!

We are glad to hear that. We do have our shortcomings and occasional failures. However, we learn from our mistakes and make every effort to improve when we do identify a problem.
