I just switched on the PSU at the back (didn't switch the PC on) and I saw a spark inside the PSU.
It works fine though, I am using it now. Should I be worried and do a frantic backup of my data in case it blows and takes out my hard drives?

i had a similar experience with my PSU when i first built this PC, i never did question why but it's worked fine since then, but it's up to you what you do with it.
and on another note, were you on CoD before? Domination? i'm pretty sure i was playing with you on the Terminal map.. i was trying to get your attention but totally failed :(
