    Fans too loud

Hi, I recently got myself a corsair air 240 case with a h55 cpu cooling, but am finding that (I think) it's noisier than I was expecting. (though I need to double check its not my graphics card, but it's quiet noisy even when at desktop).
I wanted some way to turn my fan speed / noise down, especially since my cpu isn't over clocked.
What is recommended / people's experience?

Every modern motherboard should have some form of fan control built in?
    Does yours?

Yeah I think you can download a programme to control fan profiles, and your fans should be plugged into your motherboard allowing you to control them.

    Re: Fans too loud

Thanks both. The mobile does have 2 headers (only) however I bought a small fan controller that is doing the job nicely. Am planning a build post /log soon.
    Thanks

    Re: Fans too loud

If the fans are PWM controlled you should be able to use a program like speedfan to adjust the rpm.
