They're the same price really... £10 difference max... but the Lian Li is quieter but has less cooling potential. I'm almost pressing the button on the TJ09, it ticks all the right boxes for me.

I have a TJ09 and absolutely love it. I nearly went for the Lian Li A10B but opted for the Silverstone because I really liked the look of it and the reviews of its performance were very good indeed.

TBH I don't think you'll be disappointed if you opt for either case though.

As an aside I have an Enermax 1000w psu and an 8800 GTX inside my TJ09 and there's plenty of room.

Gimme some info my good man! How do you find the design? Cooling capability? Do you have all fan bays mounted with fans, and if so how loud is it? Does it get very dusty? ANy positives or negatives you can think of?

Design - very good. I really like the drive cages, though they're a little snug it's a clever layout. The case is easy to work with, everything slots in and lays out nicely.
Yes, fans in every bay. I've got a controller in there so I can adjust the fan noise, at its loudest it's about noticeable but I'm not overly concerned with cooler noises. Put it this way, at 100% on all fans I don't have to turn up the tv to hear it.
Dust - yes, there is a bit that collects around the graphics inlet but it is in a dusty room. I've got it on some board to raise it off the carpet. I dust it every now and then (when I can think of it).
The sides go on toe-to-heel rather than sliding on.
That's about it off the top of my head, I'm at work and thus away from the thing at the moment. I'm very happy with it though, ambient temps are very low and the airflow is superb.

Hehehe thanks pollaxe, just ordered one (black, windowed) along with two purple cathodes from good old Scan!

Will be filling it with Akasa Ambers so noise shouldn't be an issue. Can't wait to get this baby!

How did you find cable routing by the way? And do you hear any fan vibration due to the aluminium frame or is it all solid?

Anyway for anyone wondering why I chose it, I just felt that overall the case suits my needs better than the Lian Li. Airflow looks very, very good and the looks of the case itself are cracking. The PSU issue also put me off the Li, if in future I got a big PSU it would be a no-go. The Silverstone is the one for me.

Welcome to the club, this is the point I reveal I was lying and don't have one.. No, not really, I do and I love the old thing.
Cabling was fine, easy to tuck and tie stuff away. I've never heard any vibration noise off it at all yet. I've a feeling my fans are Akasa Ambers (I can't remember for sure, it's been a while!)

Bottom line, I don't think you'll regret buying it.

Sharkoon Golf ball fans are better than the Akasa Amber fans, by quite a margin...
Please do not message me about Scan Free shipping, I no longer work for HEXUS.net

Maybe so, but I already have the ambers and don't really want to fork out for any more. I'll keep an eye out for them though they do sound good, albeit standard specs seem noisy at 36dba.

I was about to recommend the Sharkoon or other quieter fans but just seen Richdog's reply

That's what I mean to ask you! Are the top and back fans all set to exhausts? How is your fan config?
