    HTPC - case/psu/HSF ?

Can somebody recommend me a HTPC case/psu/HSF combination? I'm a bit lost on HTPC cases in particular. Budget is a bit of an issue so using old parts and wanting best value possible for the case. I know Zalman make some absolute beauties, but the budget really isn't stretching that far. ~£150 for the case/psu ideally. Also, what HSF to go for? It's going to be running an E6300 at stock (after I u/g my gaming rig post intel price-drop) and was wondering what would be the best 'silent' option.

    Opinions plz

the lc-17 is already at the top of my list - it fits well with the Marantz AVR and is one of the best about supporting full ATX mobos. Cheers for feedback. Lots and lots of room inside, should make a nice PC. Think I will just use my spare PSU for the time being...its a bit noisy, but i suppose I'll have more of an idea of the noise considerations once I've got the thing set up...
