I would say so, but I don't know how effcient the X-Power is. I use a 430watt Seasonic which is roughly 80-85% efficient. I have the follwing running off it:
    Core 2 Duo E4400
    2GB DDR2
    2x 160GB Pata HDD
    1X 500GB Sata HDD
    20x DVDRW
    Geforce 7950GT 256mb
    DVB-T TV Card
only one of the Akasa Zen Case Fans connected.

p.s. are you side panels a pain to fit as well, mine are a nightmare to get flush with the front.

Have'nt got the Zen yet. still all in my medion mini ATX, thinging of changing as trying to do any work inside the small case is a nightmare also the Zen looks better.

Have one of the Asaka PCI slot fans in the Medion to help with cooling. Original PSU was 250W so Iv'e stepped up 200w. So I could always leave one fan off in the ZEn.

    cheers

The Zen is an okay case, I was expecting better, in-spite of its price, due to its 'silent' claims. Really aside from the nice Akasa case fans its barely any better than a decent budget case from any other manufacturer. It does look nice for a cheapy case, its better than the so flimsy it hurts Asus I have at work, but the Asus side panels are a lot easier to fit. Thankfully its a stop gap till I get an Antec Mini-P180 when they are out so I don't have to put up with it for long.

The x-power 450w should be fine for that setup.
Although a better quality psu would probably be nice, you said you've got the x-power already and you're on a tight budget.

No offence ment but I would question this:
ATI 256mb 9250 (soon to be nvidia fx6200)
ether FX5200 or 6200 (no FX) also pay attention to letters after the numbers, LE and GO versions of card are often less performance that the next series down.
eg the 6800LE is not as good as the 6600GT

But my main reason for commenting is that a 6200 is not a step up from a 9250 just a step sideways so to speak.

Steve B's sugestion of the Asus case is good for your price range.

EDIT: The reason there are good reviews of the Akasa Zen case is because it's a Good budget case, yes it will not be as good as a high end expensive case but compaired to other budget cases it's good.
PS the majority of case noise is fans, so haveing two quite fans is a good thing compaired to the whiney things is some budget cases.

What you need to look for on PSUs is true manufactor, that will tend to effect the quality, price and real performance.

My sons new game needs Pixel shader 3.0 and he said 6000nvideas up have it our ATI radeon 9250 does not. Not worried about high end stuff. Highest spec game he has is callof duty. Thinking of one of these PNY G60 6200A8E10L-SB
GEFORCE 6200 128MB AGP GRAPHICS CARD

Actually put back our FX5200 card as Ati won’t run Rugby 06!!!!!!!

Assumme Zen case would be better than the standard Medion Mini ATX even though Zen is budget.

Oh its quite good and I would say you can have a quiet system with it. I just found the special quiet features to be sparse.

Pros: Looks Good, feels good for the money (better than equally priced Asus), the Fans are great quality (at least £3-4 each worth). Fits my Passive 7950GT and Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 no problems. The front panel connectors are easy to fit and the hatch well made. Thumb Screws.

Cons: standard screw in HD bays, plastic DVD stealther rattles when my DVDRW spins up, side panels are hard to fit back on correctly.

I don't regret buying the Zen, but don't expect a £70 case for £30, however it is one of the best £30ers.

Do not have this info on PSU itself or on the box so unable to track origin, recommended by a gamer work colleague, Won't see him for 5 weeks now so unable to gain anymore info from him till September, he also rec the Asaka dual fan cases.

Ok I see about the graphics card now, I thought that was the case.
I'd advise against the 6200 as although the 6 series does cope with shader 3 the 6200 is rather slow
I'd sugest getting a 7600GS or 7300GT, both of these cards can handel games at ok frame rates at 1280x1024 with your specs
Also look for 256mb cards as 128mb can be a stumbling block on games.

I doubt it very much, only the early 6200's could, as many had nv43 chips (6600) on the cards because at first nvidia could not produce enough of the nv44 chips (6200)

i wish my son would give me the full facts.

His new Tennis game will work on Shader v2.0, v3.0 ideal but the FX5200 has shader 2.0 but is only 128mb so everything is in slomotion. (would have thought our 1gig ram would have kicked in) Any way will go with Pob on the 7600
