HTPC Case & System - HELP!!!

Need some help. Building a HTPC for the bedroom which will link to a LCD TV via HDMI. I will be canabalising some components from my current system (ram and a hard disk) but need help with the rest. Especially a good case, which is not huge like most HTPC cases as it is not going in a hi-fi cabinent.

    My current view is:
    Core2Duo 4400
Hauppauge WinTV-HVR1300 Media center upgrade KIT
NEC Optiarc 7173A 18xDVD±RW/RAM DL LabelFlash Black Bare Drive - OEM

When it comes to motherboard and graphics there are several options:
ATI Radeon 2400 or 2600? and
    Foxconn 945G7MD-8EKRS2H Socket 775 I945G onboard VGA DDR2 mATX

ABIT HD90 X1250 IGP with DVI

For the case, the standard of 440mm deep, is a problem, so the cases I'm looking at are:

Antec Fusion V2 MATX MediaCenter Case - Aluminium Front Bezel with 430W PSU (still is a bit big but looks good - could be too big to look okay in a bedroom)
    Antec NSK1300
    Antec NSK2400
Silverstone Lascala LC04 - may have a problem if have seperate graphics card.

Please give me your views and suggestions for anything different.

Well you could go for some type of small form factor case. like this Aplus Case CS-Blockbuster-BAW which is pritty small and only 235mm deep
Remeber you'll need a small uATX motherboard for it.

If you want something a little more normal then a " micro ATX case " is what you are looking for, but it will still need a uATX motherboard.
Something like this Gigabyte GA 965GM-S2 iG965

    EDIT: just found a Lian-Li PC-V300B

EDIT: other graphics card to look at is a nvidia 8500GT or 8600GT as they are both suposed to be very good for HD video playback.

Heartily recommend the NSK-2400 but bear in mind it only accepts matx boards......also note that the cpu cooler needs to be a relatively low profile one.

Used 2 myself for cheap dc crunching rigs........cooling is very well thought out too.
