AB9 PRO boot up issue

I have just assembled my new PC. It consists of the below components:

AB9 PRO (bios v1.00)
CORE 2 QUAD Q6600 2.4GHZ
Kingston 4 * 2GB (KVR667D2N5K2/4G)
Western Digital CAVIAR SE 500GB
LIBERTY ELT620AWT
Legend 8500GT

When I start the PC it powers up shortly and it then looks like it powers down again. It then powers up again but noting happens (the mother board does get power, the CPU fan and other fans is running). No signal is send to the monitor. The Post Code sequence is (it ends on 9.0.)

I have tried to de-attach the hard drives and the video card (leaving the CPU and ram) but still no changes.

I have found out the mother board only supports my CPU from bios 19. Can this be the issue and how can I updated the bios when the PC won’t boot?
