    Need help guys...i have an ASUS P5N32-e Sli Premium

    want to update the bios and start tweeking but i'm a noob.

    know very little about modding so don't want to try myself and fry it.

    can anyone give me advice or a step-by-step?!

    dont know exactly but, usually it's a case of download bios exe from site, run it to create a floppy (may be boot in which case don't...), reboot in to bios, select bios upgrade option, and follow the instructions on screen. usually that's all there is to it. although there's no reason you'd need to update it just to start tweaking things a little

    Go to the naufacturer's site, download the latest BIOS & read the guide.
    IMO never update the BIOS from within windows. Personal pref, but the vast majority of BIOS disasters have been done thro windows.

    Yup, every one is slightly different so worth reading them carefully and knowing where your reset button is.

    Don 't know about your particular mobo but with some of the Asus mobo's you can load to a USB thumb drive instead of floppy.
