I ordered a case from them for about £80 2 years ago. CS seemed okay I guess, took them a day or two to reply to an e-mail in bad english, but the case arrived in good condition when promised, so no complaints really.
Try Scan ! Used them for the first time last year and their customer support was second to none. Had a dud gfx card and tech support helped me check other possible problems over the phone before sending it back. Had a new card in under a week. Over the summer i'll be spending around £700 with scan (new build). Also have a couple of m8's who have used Scan for longer than I have, with no problems at all.
+1 for scan... but scan don't stock everything.... so xcase is a very good company to get things from due to their quite large range in comparison to other companys, and TBH i've never heard anything bad about them
i'm guessing that the negative feedback is to do with the amount of time it takes them to answer emails... cos it seems to take them 4-5 days, but im guessing that they'll have a telephone number so you can speal to them over the phone![]()
Well they stock/will stock everything i plan to buy over the summerAnyway grimpy have look around the scan site might find all you need there.
Used Scan many a time but they don't / won't stock Lian Li cases which is what i'm after and xcase are saying that they will have the new case that i'm after in stock today.
There ar e a few other stockist of lian li cases in the uk, overclockers, kustom pc, ebuyer, aria, although overclockers appears to have the better range (and the worst price... and customer support... allegedly)
Just out of curiosity, which case are you after?

Overclockers have a very poor reputation with regard to returns.
A freind of mine agreed with them to get a re-fund on a mobo that wouldn't detect his ram despite being in the list of compatable options.
After agreeing this they promptly sent it back to him saying there was NFF and charged him an inspection fee (which they took from his account with out prior notification), they hadn't even opened the box!
So he sent it back again and they eventually aggreed to give him a re-fund but didn't give him the postage for the 2 times he'd sent it back.
I have a few nasty stories one involving 2 x faulty HIS X1900XT ICEQ cards one after another (gave up and got one from Scan) and a faulty water block, they said it was from a "faulty batch".
Both times they tried to screw me on postage!
