Quiet but cool Any ideas?

Hi,
I would like to make my PC quieter but still keep temps roughly the same as i have a fan controller so i lower the speed at night and then in the day turn back up. But if I keep speeds on low in the day my cpu goes up to like 36-7 C (maybe higher haven't really kept on low for long period of time) this might not sound much but its usually 28-9 C.

Any ideas would be great as I would like to overclock but i reckon it would get too hot.

I have 4 case fans, an Exhaust and Aero 7 lite.

With the fans on low speed you're getting 36-37°C? That sounds pretty good to me. I would only start to worry if they reach late 50's... but even then I don't think any damage would be done until about late 60's early 70's (may be wrong there though, haven't gone that high myself).

If you want a good quietness:cool ratio, I'd say that, in terms of cases and fans, bigger = better. A modded Yeong Yang Server Cube, or any other modded server case (Lian Li PC70, perhaps) would allow ample room in order to install a few 7V modded 120mm fans. However! Your temperatures are pretty damned good, looking at your setup, and they look to have plenty of headroom for overclocking.

Overclock your cpu, slowly, and monitor the case and cpu temperatures at idle and full load. Keep an eye out for 50C at full load. That is my personal stopping point, in terms of overclocking.

don't really kno what I am on about here but hope you understand. what happens if when i change the fsb to 200mhz from 166 with a multiplier of 11.5 I get a black screen what does it mean. As i have tried it twice and it doesn't get to windows start up screen instead i just have a black screen!?
