    watercooling

OK heres the situation. i currently have a intel Q6600 on a asus striker extreme board and a nvidia geforce 8800 graphics card.
i have never even looked at watercooling but fancy giving it a try. very experienced with building my own pcs so thats no problem at all.
what do i need to look for? which brands are good to go for etc?
    thanks

    Re: watercooling

check out my thread of when i built my system a few months ago:

I would definitely go for a laing pump, either the DDC with a custom top (what i did) or a D5. The most important thing before embarking on a watercooling setup is careful planning with the case probably being the most important aspect as that is going to house all your stuff. Decide whether you want your radiator mounted internally or externally and what size you want.

Check out martins liquid lab as its pretty useful and there are lots of forums such as the watercooling UK one.

    Re: watercooling

+1 on the pumps, and EK do custom kit for the striker, i have that board with 2 mofset blocks and north/south bridge blocks, used to have apair of 8800's in there as well.

it was 2 loops, mobo on 1 and cpu + GPU's on the other
