    Question Modding newbie

I am making my first upgrade from the beige boxes we have all come to love.

I have ordered a thermaltake xaser vm3000 "skull" case and butterfly purepower PSU also from thermaltake so have some scope for modding and a little light from the PSU.

I'm looking at lighting the case and going for rounded ide cables but not sure what would look best ie cold cathode(is 1 or 2 better and is single colour tube better than multi-colour?), lazer led etc and whether uv or neon cables look better and what colours look good with what.

Also, has anyone who has this case got any good tips for modding?

I did a cold cathode UV light in my Lian Li PC65, i also had a red cathode, and with them both on tbh it looked pants. I liked the red more, it looked more sinister. But then i got UV reactive cables and stuff all over, and it did look the bomb!

Think when i tidyed it all up the last time, i did leave the UV cathode in, and removed the red...

Some colours can look good together tho, red and green should go well.. as should blue and yellow (can you get yellow???) I did also have some akasa LED fans, but after about 2 weeks i took them out, the flashing LEDs really hacked me off!

I've never tried Neon string, wanted too but sold it all before i could try.
