Question Thermalright SI-97 for socket 775?

    Hi all,

Does anyone know if it's possible to mount an SI-97 (http://www.techarp.com/article/Therm...ct_SI-97_V.jpg) somehow on a socket 775 (for a core2duo). The closest I've got to finding something is this - http://coolpc.com/Thermalright-LGA77...oogle-GB&id=uk but it's only for the XP-90 and XP-120. Any ideas or should I just give up?

    Thanks in advance

Sort answer no, Mouting holes wont line up

Long answer if you made a custom retention bracket yes, worth the effort up to you.

I would just buy a newer better true & use that as a paper weight
