    Antec 4480B vs CoolerMaster RC-330

This morning I ordered a Antec 4480B case for £51 which comes with a 380W PSU. In Scan's today only deal they have a Cooler Master RC-330 with a 450W Ezcool silent psu for £28 !! also it has a audio port on the front (4480B doesn't afaik)

I'm seriously thinking about cancelling the 4480B and saving £23 , has anyone got one of the coolermaster 330 cases and/or the Ezcool psu are they any good ?

the pc will just be an internet pc, no gaming etc so 380W psu will suffice, just wondering about build quality and saving money

Ez-cool.. tut tut. You've made the right choice. 380W is more than enough for most gaming systems let alone surfing/word machines.

EZ-cool are awful.. awful PSU's and will almost certainly blow up and take your PC with it.

Re: Antec 4480B vs CoolerMaster RC-330

as staffsmike says stick with the Antec 4480B case
The 330 is not a bad budget case (I got one yesterday to make an old pc quieter) and the one from scan has scans name on the top
the front bezels are mesh with foam behind
There is space for two 120mm fans ( comes with one )
All the drive bays are screwless

now for the ez-cool ( i will get abuse for this lol )
I have used a 550 one in a pc for about a year and it worked good but the pc was old and the bits were worthless ( 1ghz athlon , epox mobo , 3dfx 8mb )
I would only use one if the components were worth less than the cheap PSU and only then if it less than 50% loaded

Personaly i like these PSU for a budget case
    http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductId=256346
£21.54 add that to the £28 for the 330 and you only have £2 less than your 4480B

I used to use Coolermaster 534 but since the price has increased i will proboly start using the
    Antec Three Hundred
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Re: Antec 4480B vs CoolerMaster RC-330

I also have bought the 330 for a old PC and its a good budget case. Tool less, small and quiet.

Never used a Ez-Cool PSU so cant comment.
