Antec NSK 6580 - £65-70 - Comes with a decent 430W PSU will easily power a quad core processor and a single graphics card
Antec Sonata III - £80 - Comes with a decent 500W PSU, the case has sound proofing
The alternative is to buy a PSU separately £47 would get you a Corsair VX450, leaving £23 for a case but if we could push that up to £30 we could get the case you posted about.
great call on the Antec Sonata III, i think im going to get that, where is it available for that price? i was looking for something quiet as well, u the man webby!
EBuyer - £80 - http://www.ebuyer.com/product/128045 - Unfortunately + Postage now EDIT Postage = £4.59
Scan - £82 - Not is stock and would be free delivery for Hexites with over 20 constructive posts.
LambdaTek - £76 - http://www.lambda-tek.com/components...prodID=1381381 - Again plus postage for a total of £83.70
An alternative could also be the Sonata Designer - Same PSU as the Sonata III but different case still designed for quiet. Silver, white and blue though so it may not fit your tastes http://www.lambda-tek.com/components...?prodID=B79258 £80 + Delivery so slightly more than the S3, costs £100 on Scan though![]()

Yeah they don't make it obvious, could be in for a nasty surprise if you don't check the total before placing an order!
For a basic sub £30 case have a look at the Akasa Zen V2
http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductId=723916
Which leaves £40 for a psu
£40 really limits your options for a PSU Corsair VX450 is £47 and once you are spending £50 on the PSU and £30 on the case you may as well get the Sonata which is a superior case to the Akasa Zen.
Another recommendation for an Antec Sonata. I own the Sonata III with the 500W EarthWatts & believe me you will not get a better quality case+PSU combo for the same price anywhere, unless you get lucky & find something on special offer.
Antec 300 with a Corsair 400/450W is worth a look at too

the case i have now keeps all my stuff quite, but i just cannot put up ith the noise it makes, plus its pretty damn ugly, only got it because it was cheap and came with a basic psu, but i think im gonna go with the sonata III, its a great looking case, just one question, does the psu have a 6 pin pci-e connector?
The PSU that comes with the Sonata 3 is an Antec Earthwatts 500W http://www.ebuyer.com/product/120377 and yes it has a 6 pin PCIe connector![]()
