i had an MX 212 from Matrix Orbital and decided iwanted a 4 line LCD to match my cases looks.
I bought the MX 204-25-USB (IIRC) and a double bay insert black from MO...
Installed the unit fine etc and all was looking good till i noticed the front sticker wasnt orientated well when MO had to stick it in the bezel.You could see the metal on the top right of the bezel so i called the store i got it from(kustompcs.co.uk) in order to get a replacement.
Not only did they cut an Aluminium bezel to match the looks of my case for free...they even included a spare bezel from MO which had the alu bezel stuck on top of it already!Now that is great service!
i had to take the alu bezel off though since it wasnt orientaded well either in front of the spare bezel and stuck it on my original one which was black;-)....
Everything is fine now and they didnt even charge me for the alu bezel and the spare bezel it was stuck on either worth about £40!

The alu bezel looks a lot nicer now compared to the stock plastic steaker from the original bay insert from Matrix Orbital
