inserting dvd drives into the NZXT tempest case

just in reference to the first paragraph here...

    http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/563/3 (has pictures)

One of the inconveniences from this case is that you need to remove its plastic front panel to remove the covers from the 5 ¼” bays and the hard disk drive cages. The problem is that this panel is fastened to the chassis by pressure thru seven plastic pegs, not using any screw. Thus to remove the front panel you need to apply pressure near the pegs using a screwdriver, what can crack or break the panel if you apply too much pressure.

does that mean you can't insert a new cd or dvd drive without potentially breaking the case when attempting to yank the front cover off with a screwdriver?

thats what i had assumed, that you could just pull it off with your hands but that article has got me worried when it talks about how you need to use a screwdriver to yank it off and you might end up breaking it

You should be able to squeeze and push them from the rear and the panel will pop off

    It's 4.98*

lol i own a nzxt tempest case here. Pull out front plastic bezel is all u need to do to get access to dvd/cd driver bays.

Pulll the bezel plastic out is easily done by grabbing the space at the bottom of the bezel and pull :-). NO screw drivers is needed, writer of that article must be on crack or have misled! lol
