Anyone had any experiance with Kustompcs.co.uk?

I'm doing a new build next month and am doing it in an antec 1200

To show it off... i want to replace the window to have a large full sized window without the disgusting mesh so I can show off my good cables and components and to look good

I don't own a dremel but I do own a jigsaw. However I really do not feel compotent enough to do a window for myself as I would also have to go through the hassle of buying the U-channel and the acrylic in the right thickness etc

So i've been look for a shop where I can purchase an antec 1200 with.. But before they send it to me.. They cut a window for me

    I have found:http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/Case_Windows.html
For £30, I think this is a cracking deal

Anyone had any previous experience with this company and what is the quality like?

    Thanks

    Ali

i ordered a case off them a couple of weeks back, said 10-14 days lead time, arrived in a week, so no complaints from me they have a reasonably lively forum too

Excellent customer service and they seem to be a nice bunch of chaps.

They don't use Citylink, I think it's ANC they use (this may or may not matter to you).

Their range of regular components is limited and their prices are often higher then the likes of Scan or eBuyer (which isn't a surprise), but they have a good range of speciality components, cases, and modding parts.

Oh, and they also sell home made Tablet!!

Graeme is a top, top bloke. Met him several times before as KustomPc's always have a stand at the I-series. Yes slightly more expensive than the big boys, but good service, and a nice range of parts, and yes as Funk said Tablet is just made of win.

I've bought a few things from them at various times, mainly quiet case fans. No problems at all that I can recall.

I guess the real test though, as with any online supplier, is how well they react when something goes wrong (for whatever reason)...

Great shop, very good customer service, top guys!

I recommend the tablet, and the caffeinated mints are handy too.

Another vote for Graeme and the boys there - their service really is second to none. And they sell Mountain Dew, if you like that kind of thing

Kustompcs are a top notch company. Always reply to emails. Fast service too. Ok, prices may be higher than most but you can't knock any other part of thier business. Never seen anyone complain about them, ever!

Until you read how little caffeine is actually in them... [looks at box] ... 1/3 of a glass of Coke. They are addictively tasty though!

I'll echo what others have said here. Good shop, decent prices, nice alternative range that the bigger etailers wouldn't touch... and as for service, the only company comparable are Logitech in my experience - class-leading in other words.

I remember I had a issue with an order a while back (my own fault not theirs!) and their email support was fantastic! They got back to me in minutes and sorted my issue out no problems.

I would put them in the top 3 etailers
