    New Mod Case

Well basically, i need a new case to do some mods on, and it (if possible) needs to meet the following:-

    1.) Lightweight
    2.) Good Airflow
    3) Cheap but not too tacky (£60 max)
    4) A Window pre-installed
    5) Have 4 5.25" Drive bays And Enough Space For 3 HDD's and a Floppy Drive

I wouldnt mind it having a fan as standard, although doesn't matter as i have 4 to transfer. Not bothered about what its made from (steel, ally, plastic). If its plastic, a colour would be nice. Just need a lightweight case as my Cheitec Dragon is a bugger to carry around, even moving the thing to where i work on my PC takes effort. Was looking at THIS CASE . Any feedback or input/recommendations welcome.

    TIA

Antec Lanboy or the Super Lanboy version should fit the criteria you specified

one of my mates used to have that case - or similar.

fuggly, don't get it - then again i am biased against premodded cases.

    I suggest a chieftech dragon.

The standard Lanboy looks the better of the two
As it doesn't have that horrid 'plasticky' looking grill infront of the 120mm at the front of the case

I have a Chieftec Dragon....Too heavy. Seen an ali case from coolermaster that around the £50 mark, "Coolermaster Centurion CAC-T01UW Silver (Aluminum/Zinc-coated steel)" located HERE , so looks like im getting that. Dunno about modding it though, i usually try to go too far and mess it up!

i have the Lanboy. it looks cool and is fairly small. not too heavy either. but its cooling capabilities match that of a sauna so dont expect any big OCs.

Used to own a case very similar to the one you linked - until I realised my mistake. Lian Li PC65 now, so much better.

Seriously - these cases have very little air flow through the front without modding the bezel, or at the very least removing the front ports (they block they only intake). The also bite and are pretty flimsy

As an alternate to the Lanboy - how about this super flower case with top and side windows from ebuyer?

    http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...duct_uid=51342

Or if you can put up with not having a window by standard (good mod to do!) they have ATC220s for 67 quid too.
Now go away before I taunt you a second time.
