I believe Scythe are the most powerful fans but coolermaster and antec are also good. Just look for low noise (rated in decibels) and high airflow (rated in CFM) at your preferred etailer.
I strongly advise against Antecs - they buzz and vibrate (at least mine did). No complaints about my Nexus, though!
Of course, if you have money to burn, you could always go with Noctua fans![]()
well money is not the problem , i have had at least 4 fans in the last 7 months stop working of make weird noises . it may be a dust problem but i have dust filters which are cleaned every week , i do use this system a lot for gaming so i do need the best lol
Personally, I'd recommend these:

Quite a few places sell them, highly recommended by SPCR (which is the place to look for info)
According to SPCR, basically one of the best around.

orderd 2 of these fans , thx dude
Based on my above recommendation, I'd have to go with the PWM equivalent by Scythe:
The Scythe Kama PWM DFS122512L-PWM

Doesn't look that easy to get hold of in the UK, but not impossible either.

Scythe gentle typhoon - awesome.
Akasa Apache, best 120mm PWM fan I've used
and I'm 90% it's actually made by scythe.
