CM Storm Enforcer - Destined to kill my new PC?

I picked up a new PC this week and the bits are all on their way. The case, a Coolermaster Storm Enforcer has already arrived.

In looking at the case, not really visible on Scans website, or even CMs, I realised that there is room for a 200mm fan at the top but the grill which is there has very large holes. Large enough for something to fall into.

My son is 7 years old now and long past pushing toast into the DVD player or pushing plastic swords into holes in PC cases but I'm still concerned something, somehow, is heading in there.

Does anyone else have one of these and, if so, do you share my concerns?

A hole? its a grill really. So i dont see how anything could actually get in there other than liquid or sand. And i wouldn't have either near my PC anyway.

Either, get the fan or get some cardboard or something to block it

No, I did say it was a grill. It's just the holes in that grill are quite large - 6mm to be precise - and that leaves a lot of scope for things to fall into it other than sand or liquid.

I do think that in this case a fan, with some form of mesh at the bottom will be required. Let's face it, you don't want to kill any components because a screw fell in. I'll post when I come up with something.
