    Question M-ATX Case with USB 3 -

Hi, I'd appreciate advice from people who have M-ATX cases, as I'm looking at moving some existing bits into an M-ATX case, but have a couple of considerations:

    • I'd prefer USB 3 ports, not 2
    • I have at least 4 HDD's + a ODD to fit in
    • I'd like to use my current PSU rather than get one with it /buy a new one

I've had the Lian Li PC-V600F recommended to me, but was wondering if there were many other options?

Finding it hard when looking on some manufacturers websites to sort by size and just look at the smaller options, so I was wondering if people had good experiences with such cases.

Help would be especially appreciated on working out the 'normal' size of MATX psu's - or do most ATX ones fit...?
(i know 1000w+ ones are larger, but not planning on needing that much power!)

The Lian Li PC-V600F is very nice but is quite pricey

there's no suck thing as an mATX psu, you're probably thinking of SFX which are 10cm wide by 6.4cm tall
Unless it's a smaller case (matx desktop cases often use SFX) then ATX is still the common psu size in a mATX tower.

Currently the best steel mATX cases out are
    Fractal design Mini ARC http://www.scan.co.uk/products/fract...-black-w-o-psu
And the Sliverstone temjin tj08-evolution http://www.scan.co.uk/products/silve...usb-30-w-o-psu (it uses a bit of an odd inverted motherboard layout, however it does make a lot of sense when you consider it and works very well)

The Fractal design Define mini is also worth a look http://www.scan.co.uk/products/fract...e-case-w-o-psu

Thanks, the above look great, and better for my bank balance than the Lan Li!
