Someone left a note on a piece of cake in the fridge that said, "Do not eat!". I ate the cake and left a note saying, "Yuck, who the hell eats paper ?
The LianLi PC-C33 takes full ATX and can take cards up to 290mm long.
But it's not cheap http://www.scan.co.uk/products/lianl...ktop-htpc-case
If you can drop to an mATX motherboard then the silverstone gd05 is only £70 http://www.scan.co.uk/products/silve...kes-atx-psu%29

I have a H67MA-E45 that is mATX so it's possible

I purchased an Antec Fusion Remote from ebay a while back which has served me well as a HTPC:
That is a 4830 in the pic which is 7 and a half inches long.
There is also the Fusion MAX which does cater for ATX
Fusion MAX is nice but would rather not have a VCD but a remote (or even just a built in IR receiver) would be nice, covered drive bay would be good aswell

Barry, as Pob255 has linked you to, a Silverstone GD04/05, very nice cases IMO.
The issue with HTPC cases that I've had personally is getting a large, well long GPU into it whilst still keeping the size of the case down, only the GD04 has managed to do that but I keep my eye out in case something comes to the market that stands out.
You may possibly find this is also the issue, well the length of the GPU with larger HTPC cases.
Other thing to remember is that most motherboards are 9.6" long, so you'd want about 2" clearance past the motherboard.
For £70 I don't think you'll be able to beat the GD05, HTPC cases are not cheap, the only other thing to do would be to look at the old style desktop cases if you want cheaper.
However an 11" card is going to be an issue as most don't have much clearance past the motherboard.
Silverstone managed it by careful placement of the drive bays to leave a gap where cards would go past the motherboard.
For another full ATX option Silverstone LC03 (about £110)

Word of advice, if you go for the antec cases (I have the micro fusion), they come with imon screen and IR sensor. Their range is pretty much terrible, and you will probably need to buy a remote anyways. I just bought an ehome MCE remote for cheap with usb receiver (make sure its a real ehome receiver, not a keyboard emulator), and that's much better; very good reception, and works perfect with mediaportaL So I regret having paid extra for the integrated remote and ir sensor.
