My mini server uses the Casetek micro-ATX case that I was pimping on these forums a while back. Because it's really really tiny, the PSU fan size is a max of 80mm, wheras ATX now tends to be 120mm in the base or something. Changing the fan size wasn't an option, and the existing fan was a thin 80mm, the only replacement I could find was a Zalman ZM-OP1, an accessory for their passive GFX coolers.
This came with a grill which I didn't expect, and I think it looks nicer for it, no more restrictive grill for me:
