    New Case

    Hey.
    My cpu got fried the other day but it's ok as it was all within warrantee. The cause of it was the crappy layout of my current case that also means i have to completely romove my mobo in order to install a heatsink/fan and even then things arent really kept cool enough in there as there are only a few very small vent holes...

    I did a bit of surfing myself and atm it's between these two:

    http://www.shopgenie.co.uk/UK_listin...000021150.html

    http://www.shopgenie.co.uk/UK_listin...000008994.html

    if out of those two, then which? (Think you have a better suggestion then say it asap)

    Coolermaster Centurion would be a nice case at a nice price, you'll have to get a separate PSU though

    I got a (to quote providers) "P4/Athlon 300W ATX MIDI TOWER CASE" last time so i suppose it would be possible to remove the psu from that and insert it in a new case.

    It would be very easy to do but I would recommend getting a new PSU as well. Of course price is probably an issue so it all depends if you're running a power hungry system or not.

    (wow hexus background in the quick reply box!) Na nothing too taxing atm, and i wont be upgrading drastically till sometime this november/december to prepare for a certain game, so i think its between the Centurion or the Sonata.

    Tru, i've had the saem case for ages, a black chieftec dragon full tower. No frills, but big & functional. The black tsunami (without window) did tempt me tho. Nice build quality & finish.

    Yeah - I made the move from beige to black and bought a casetek 1018 case and it has been truely awesome. Now, after doing some research at work for some other bits I came across the following case ;

    How about this. http://www.pcwcomponentcentre.co.uk/invt/jnh60

    It's a fine case for £30. Bought one myself not so long back. Comes with 2 120mm fans already and one of the nicest case I've had to work with. Here some pictures here for you to look at http://www.justinpreece.f2s.com/Efaill/new_case/

    Has an integrated fan controller for the two 120mm fans. It also has plenty of modability IMO. I've already added two more 120mm fans to it side and top because I'm
