SilverStone Fortress FT02 Experiences, Cable management

Taking the Sub-Forum term (Chassis) and Mods literally, I can only hope I've posted this in the correct place?

For better or worse, I've splashed out on the Silverstone FT02 and would like to learn from your experiences with this case.
Cable management, clearance issues, many of the criticism of an otherwise great case are highlighted here:
    http://www.anandtech.com/show/4620/s...out-of-style/3
"special needs" I've come to expect from assembling SilverStone hardware. The nonstandard internal layout results in some odd clearance issues,
Mounting the SSD also feels a bit tacked on. SilverStone ships the FT02 with a separate tray that you can install your SSD into, and then that tray gets screwed onto the back of the 5.25" drive cage, behind the motherboard tray. Four screws to mount the drive, four more to mount it to the cage, and heaven help you if you need to remove the 5.25" drive under it for any reason, because the screws holding that in are also covered by the SSD tray. Cold comfort is that when you go to route the power cables, at least the SSD's close enough to use the same set of leads as the optical drives.
Are any of the following add-ons/money-spinners from Silverstone website any good?
    Under (recommendations)tap:

SST-FM181Equip your FT02 with FM181 for the ultimate combination of extreme performance or quietness.

SST-CLEARCMOSGet a SST-CLEARCMOS add-on to conveniently clear CMOS without opening the case.

    SST-CP05Purchase a CP05 to enable SATA hot-swap function.

In fact I'd recommend buying the add on Silverstone CP05 SATA2 hotswap cables the case only comes with one and attaching regular SATA and power cables is very difficult and could even damage your hard drive boards logic board once the panel is jammed on
Thanks for taking the time all, and my apologies to the moderators, if I've misplaced this thread

What colour case did you get?

If you got the white case and it was fitted with black fans then you might want to consider changing to the white fans, these run up to 1300 rpm but even at 600 rpm they produce decent airflow with good static pressure.

The ClearCMOS switch might not be necessary as I think your Asus Maximus V Gene motherboard already has one of these on the backplate.

But it might be worth getting the Sata hot swap cable if you either think that there is a danger of damaging your drives or you are likely to be swapping drives out regularly.

My RV03 comes with a mounts behind the mobo tray but I prefer to mount my hard drive in the main compartment and only have my SSD behind my mobo.
