Heh - that must be quite a noisy rig? Looks good though, maybe some more cathodes?

Good choices of hardware as well shame about the Audig2

Very nice! You built a killer system... All you need now is a new monitor I like the case, and the stickers are a nice touch. But wheres the raid? lol...

A new monitor are you kidding me? 19" of pure flatness, extra quick refresh rate, gaming heaven!! It would cost me a fortune to replace it with a TFT equivalent.

It's the best thing I've bought out of the lot... the only time I'd contemplate replacing it is if I was running short of space which at the moment I have in abundance!

As for RAID... when I get a bit of cash I'm thinking of putting another 74gb raptor in there!

It's an Antec P160 case, and yes the panel at the top is "supposed" to swivel but mine doesn't seem like it wants to (don't now if it needs a firm hand to get it going) but it's just above eye level on my desk so I've never had the need to find out!

TyranuS, you need to push the little button to the left of it in before you can swivel the front up. And it does need a little shove!

myth, the advantages of RAID aren't all that great you know, so if you wanna 'lol', can I laugh at you for spending so much money on Raptors to see so little benefit? And I too have a 19" CRT, wouldn't trade it for any TFT, it's just fantastic! Got it for £100 too!

A geezer at work has 2x raptors in RAID and his system flies, guess it's just a matter of needs, The things I use my rig for would take advantage of the speed increase.

Got other stuff to do before that happens though... I gotta save up for water cooling next!

There's loads of room left in that case for watercooling.

Yeh I couldn't say at the moment because there doesn't look like there will be enough room at the top to put a 120.2 radiator in... gonna have to see what options I have, I'm totally new to water cooling so I've got a bit of reading to do!

Just enough light to play Doom 3 in the dark!

With regard to the earlier comments about the raptors, I most admit I was disappointed with them, not really much improvement in games, but XP stuff, defragging etc really fly.

    P,s I liked the stickers!
