    Unhappy Fraktal Design R4

Well i had a fire in my R4 chassie
It was the built in Fancontroller that took fire
And lucky that i was at the computer when it happend and could put at the fire Quick
sry i cant upploade any pic for it yet

Here u can see that black and red hawe melted

And the same here from opposite angle

I had just 2 fans connected to the controller

This was connected to the Molex from PSU

Here u can see what happened lucky that I was home and working with my PC

All I got from Fraktal Design was a new fankontroller and I tested it outside of my chase for 2 weeks to see if it worked properly

Seems a little bit cheap of them to just replace the fan controller when they could quite easily have burned down your entire build..

    Re: Fraktal Design R4

A disturbing sight indeed. I'm looking at buying an R4 myself, and was wondering about the quality of the built-in fan controller (I believe they've recently changed from using a pci slot to the built-in version). What fans were you using with it? The supplied fractal design ones?
