My old Thecus N5200 used to vibrate quite a bit, the noise would also transfer to the table it is sat on.
but no more!
a pack of extra soft feet cured it

Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack
off a horse and helping your uncle jack off a horse.
I have a Microserver, and it's not silent by any means, but it's quieter than my actual PC which is in the same room, so I don't really notice
Trouble is I am used to quiet, my PC has 2 controlled water loops and all the fans are also controlled, it's also sat on 4 layers of carpet underlay sandwiched between tiles and covered in carpet meaning desktop browsing is very quite with fan speeds between 6-800 rpm
I even here my 3tb USB drive spin up when accessed..

My HP MS was noisy, it had a vibration problem because the HDD cages weren't very snug in the bays, I fixed this by wedging the cages in with a bit of folded paper:
i used to have a DL380 in the loft, it made a right racket. i ended up cutting up two of the dogs tennis balls and using them for feet. it made a difference, but not enough, so i had to investigate wake on lan.
