Metal Mesh For Fans?

Still in the middle of my old radio PC case build, I had planned to use the old speaker grill to mount 3, 120mm fans to for cooling.

I have ran in to a problem, doing a test today with an old fan hooked up to a power supply and putting the grill over it little to no air could pass through the holes in the grill.

Need a sheet of mesh that has good air flow for fans and needs to be one piece about 330mm long by 200mm wide.

Has anyone came across some on their travels on the web?
