I have seen that a few times now, is a little bit too much for my tastes though.

Yap... This one is almost dead silent. Now I have ATI 4850 instead that 6200TC and I will replace the stock cooler with an A.C. Accelero S1. New pics soon

    Re: Computer Case/Mods Gallery

My current rig is fairly quiet. I'm going to get some noctua's if i can (plus one for the CPU), and possibly do something about the hard drive.

Bought an accelero S1 for the 8800GT which is just fine And it's got a pretty good amount of airflow. Going to see if i can do any more with the cables. Get to work with the ties, methinks. Also i'm going to send the panel off to Kustom to get a window put in, as no doubt i'd botch it!

Looks really nice, almost exactly what I would build now..Slightly newer cpu and gpu etc..

Try suspending the HDD from the bottom of the cage. Bit of a elastic would do the trick.

    Some changes...
Yesterday I completely disassembled my system ...
I replaced in some places Paxmate with AcoustiPack ...
    I removed the dust ...
I made holes in the bottom of the case, and I attached a set of wheels LianLi WB-01 ...
I put a pair of cold cathode Vantec NXP-301 ...
    I rebuilt the WM

Yeah the CPU and probably GPU will get upped at christmas I suspect it'll be a 4870, since it's supported by the accelero. I'm tempted by crossfire on that board, there's even enough room for 2 dual slots, but price and so forth!

Hmmm... does that say 74 degrees in the top shot? My work station at work is limited to crappy colours.
You might consider getting the turbo unit for your Accelero. My 8800gt is at about 40 degrees with one of them.

Those temps are recorded in fanless mode. With sidepanel fan on, the temps are decreasing alot...
