I have a Corsair Carbide 300R case, and while I love it, I'm not too sure about the the fan mounts on the window. Does anyone know where I can get a solid/full window, to replace it? Or will I have to get one custom cut?

I saw a post on another thread by you about this and I have looked around for quite a while before for a solid panel for my friend and I only saw other people who had modded their own cases. So as far as I know you would have to have one custom cut.
Had a look around, can't find a replacement. Looks like a custom job's in order, sorry man.
Although they can be annoying, the gaps allow air to pass in and out of the case, even without a fan on them. If you're only fan after replacing the window is the one in the front then you may be limiting the intake of air into your case and causing unnecessary heat.
Of course, if you're fine with that, go ahead and mod away.
Yes you'll need to get it custom cut
There's a couple of online places that will do that sort of thing

Both do custom windows and supply acrylic sheet, although the prices are more setup for sending in a non-window side panel and they cut a hole in it and fit a window than replacing a window, still if you email them I'm sure they would give you a price for a bit of custom cut acrylic.
The other option is just find a place that does acrylic sheet cutting, places that make shop signs and similar can help you once you explain what it is you want (modding a pc case and case windows are a bit of a foreign concept to most people)
Last is to just buy some acrylic sheet and cut it yourself
