Bitfenix Spectre fans used to be cheap and good performers if you can still find them. good range of colours too. I use the original ones, think they did a revamped version called spectre pro. Not sure what they're like but think they were more pricey. I'd go standards as they work just fine.
Corsair also have released af120&140's with led's in them aswell!

Hope it helps!
Jeez, that pics huge! I'll try to find another! Apologies!
I'm not 100% sure on the noise Lemonade, but i have seen a few youtube vids of them (Rushkitj etc...) They seemed pretty good, but they are only as AF's atm, no SP's currently. I imagine they are quite similar to the non lit ones! I hope it helps! :)

The original Bitfenix Spectre fans where very good for the cost, not the highest quality of fans but very cheap, pretty quiet (often a slight tick or buzz from the motor was the loudest thing) and separate feed for the LEDs so you could just run them off the main fan feed or separate out the LEDs to control them independently of the fan speed.
Not the greatest of fans but they where originally under £5 which made them great value.
Also they are a fairly low pressure 1000rpm fan so not great on radiators.
The Bitfenix Spectre Pro fans are a higher quality fan but come at a higher price tag.

Specialtech is still one of my favourite places for fans, they have a good range and well broken down sections.
They still stock the basic Spectre fans for £6.50 each.
The generic coolermaster (not the sickleflow) and yate loon fans are decent (the lian li fans I do believe are just rebranded Yate Loons)
The Enermax T.B. Apollish might be of interest, only come in blue or red, not high air flow due to the low rpm but are quiet and a good effect because of 12 LEDs not 4
Must say the Corsair AF120 LED don't look too bad, please note they are louder than the non-led AF120 Quiet edition ones because they run at a higher RPM (1500rpm vs 1100rpm )
Also they seem to lack the rubber grommet inserts on the screw holes :(
Oh mama are these things bright!

Good thing I have the filter!

Nice! Which case is that? Bitfenix Prodigy?
you'd want PWM fans for that anyway wouldn't you?
Do like Bitfenix cases. Shame they're not as available as they used to be.
Yeah, never really bought proper fans for my radiator as temps have always been fine, got two of the corsair ones, not even sure if they're any good for rads :p
Bitfenix cases are generally alright, built in a merc and a prodigy M and not really had too much trouble.
Space in this case is pretty small, which is exacerbated by the fact I have a non-modular PSU.
Wow, they are bright! :p I completely forgot about the tb vegas things, i remember seeing the review on techoftomorrow etc... Look nice man with the filter on :D
Is there anywhere that gives a nice table (Tom's Hardware style) that compares noise against static pressure for all these different fans?
I'm (probably) looking for some 120mm PWMs that are quiet, yet still do the job of cooling... LEDs optional, but preferably no white or blue.
Primarily, these will be intended to replace my H100 fans but I may get more and use them throughout the case, especially if they're really quiet.
I think the LED AF/SP series are supposed to be very good, I've heard good reports from the non-LED ones at least
