    Quiet 140mm LED fans?

I usually use Noctua fans, but I want a couple of 140mm with red leds.
Any ideas for best noise / airflow?
I've seen a few, but some seem to have issues at different speeds.
Noctuas are v quiet at full load, but sadly no LED option.

    If you want cheap, Arctic 140mm - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Arctic-F14-P.../dp/B008ENMSZU (£8)

    If you want midrange price - Corsair AF140 - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-Seri...=corsair+af140 (£13)

    If you want high priced - Noctua NF-A140 - http://www.cclonline.com/product/115...FRQbtAod0hQA3w (£23)

In this case, price resembles quality to be honest. So what you get is what you pay for.

As mentioned, Corsair is your best bet. Not much out there that is decent for LED fans unfortunately.

NZXT FZ - Nice, but not exactly that great.
Aerocool DS - Very new, seems to perform similar to Corsairs SP range.

There is also Xigmatek XLF 140mm series, bit rubbish to tell the truth. Kinda loud (from experience). Or otherwise Bitfenix Spectre Pros they're not too shabby.

    Re: Quiet 140mm LED fans?

Looks like Corsair is a winner then.
I'll look for a you tube vid to compare the corsair with the bitfenix spectre's.

As I said I usually use Noctua, but these are going to be intake fans at the front of the 450D case, so I fancy some red leds to match my K70 keyboard.

    Re: Quiet 140mm LED fans?

I debate the lack of decent fans, there's a lot of decent fans if you look.

    Cheap
    Yate Loon £5 http://specialtech.co.uk/spshop/cust...pid-11099.html
    Coolermaster £6 http://specialtech.co.uk/spshop/cust...pid-16660.html
I've used both of these and they are both great for the cost.

next we have the Aerocool Shark although I'm not sure about the quality or the difference between red and "devil red"
    £7.50 http://specialtech.co.uk/spshop/cust...pid-25183.html and £8 http://specialtech.co.uk/spshop/cust...pid-14609.html

The BitFenix spectre is still a good fan, although not as cheap as it used to be £10 http://specialtech.co.uk/spshop/cust...pid-12798.html

Also one worth looking at the old nermax Appolish £12 http://specialtech.co.uk/spshop/cust...pid-12711.html instead of 4 bright led, it uses 15 dimmer ones, still gives off similar light levels but with a different look.

Expensive but again different Prolimatech Aluminium Vortex £23 this fan has aluminium blades http://www.amazon.co.uk/Prolimatech-.../dp/B006SHRLWY
At full 1600rpm it's a bit loud, but come with adaptors 1200prm 9v and 900rpm 7v and is near silent at 900rpm

One quick note about the corsair led fans, they come in 1200rpm low noise only and they don't have the rubber anti-vibration grommets of the non-led corsair fans.
Not to say they are bad, just not the Only fan option.
