What about the Lian-Li PC6070? It may be a bit big, but should keep things quiet with all that soundproofing. Slightly over you budget tho.

Firstly the main thing is, what kind of system are you going to be putting in this thing cause its no good us recommending a Midi Tower ATX when your gunna be having something like an Epia board in there

If your going for a full sized ATX mobo then something like the Lian Li PC-50 , as its small and relatively cheap. You'll need to get a PSU with it as well though as none of them supplied by KustomPCs have PSUs but I'm sure you can shop around for a deal

Its its MiniITX (Epia) then I recommend either the S668 MiniITX Case cause I think these little things are sooo cute and smart or the Lian Li PC-402 case but this doesn't come with a PSU again but Kustom sell Shuttle SV24 style PSUs for about £31 (links below)

    Lian-Li PC402

    Shuttle SV24 stylee PSU

I would recommend something from say Coolermaster but some of them are outta your budget and some are just in but would be blown away with the PSU included
Signature in development ... please be patient

I would recommend saving up and getting a hush system, small and completely silent, can't go wrong
