Lian Li PC60 LED fans in front?

Not to hijack the coolermaster thread....

Anyone got any pics of their Lian Li with 2 LED fans up front? Did you have to take out the filter to get any light through? (I'm thinking of changing over but don't really want to get rid of the filter - though I suppose I could cut out most of the holder / box for the filter to get some light out of the case...)

I'm not quite sure what you mean chap, but heres a pic of the leds shining their light onto my hand. These both came with the case, but I bought it second hand - so whether the previous owner took out a filter of some sort, I don't know

These are ebuyer red LED fans. I apologise for the quality, I did it with no flash so you could get the full effect.. then ended up messing up the photo by moving my hand when I closed the shutter...

I took out the original filter because it wasn't doing the best job in the world, so I replaced it with two of these:

Does the trick, and lets the light shine through :>

Thanks Theo. I think I'll be OK with the existing foam filter. Probably going to go with the coolermaster fans but can't quite decide between the blue fans or the white ones. I'll keep the existing foam filter as I have more of a problem with 'big dust' than the normal stuff (my case is on new carpet and my cat seems to like rubbing up against the case!)

Nice to see another PC61 BTW - IMO an impressive case has to be black not shiny / girly silver... Got my eyes on the coolermaster black widow next (if they're still making them by the time I can afford one!)

Actually yeah - with no flash it probably is.

Well I still prefer the black one anyway!

Pics please (when you're done!)... I've been thinking about getting a window'd side panel (I'm not going to cut up my Lian Li - too ham-fisted and I like it too much)
