    Ebuyer - My Order

    Hey alrite guyz,

Ihave place an order for a SuperFlower ATX Case on Saturday 11th, but I have recieved no word from EBuyer.com.

Today I cannot access their site, www.ebuyer.com, can someone try going on it please and tell me if it works?

Does anyone have any experience from EBuyer personally?

If you do, please can you tell me, and include info on how to get hold of this company.

    Arya

You ordered on Saturday.... so that means your order wont have been looked at until probably Monday/Tuesday .........(it is Christmas... so they wll be busy).............

So I'd expect your delivery would get there probably Wednesday/Thursday.

By the way.. there site is working fine here.

Yes.. they have superb prices.. Delivery is ok as long as your not in a mega rush for it.... usually a few days using the super saver delivery service.

But from what i've heard there customer service is crap.... They no longer have a telephone number where you can phone and contact them regarding an order. You have to submit a ticket online and they will respond via that. Bit crap.. but it works.

And its worth it if it keeps the prices low

Ive found ebuyer to be pretty good tbh - definitely a pain if you need to RMA something though, and the only downside is that their delivery sems to take a lot longer than other places.

    You order something exciting then?

I'm sure I've never had a problem with e-buyer but i might just be lucky. I ordered all of my computer on there and they all came when they said they would and the prices were really low. They also responded to a RMA request pretty quickly. but then, maybe you guys have experienced something different.

I've RMA'd some Ocz to ebuyer and all went smooth. I also ordered something on the same day as you and got no confirmation or email. I just put it down to network traffic at the time of year, sites fine now though, for me anyway.

I've used the RMA on EBuyer. It was an interesting experience. Fortunatly, it was only a multi card reader, so it was small (I ordered a 3.5" internal reader, and they sent me an external USB one!). They even refunded me the postage. It took a few weeks though to get back to me.

I used to order from ebuyer, but got fed up with the courier company they used. The only way I could reliably get my orders was to have them delivered to work, a bunch of nosy people at work who've got nothing better to do finally put me off.
Bored of the old one, new one coming soon
