    Thermaltake Riing RGB TT

Question about these: Is it possible to have all but one diode completely switched off, so that a small spot would run circles around the ring, somewhat like an ambulance beacon? Before I order an £80 pack of fans, I'd love to know if they can pull off the effect I have in mind.

NZXT AER RGB fans do that, the effect is called 'Marquee'.

If someone can post a video of their Riing running the way I described, it'd be awesome.

I think what you're describing is "Radar Mode"

Not my video but this shows it: https://youtu.be/3aFQIVKm4HM?t=49
