    cable threading in a full case

    hi all,

    my new pc is built. I've tried really hard to maximise cable positioning and keep them tidy. I've threaded all the cables but because my machine is fully loaded and I have a large SCSI ribbon I find it really hard. I've just took another look at it and cables are going everywhere.

    does anyone have tips/tricks/guides to making the case cable free of clutter

    I'd really appriciate it, because it still looks a massive mess

    thanks

    Rubber bands and folded SCSI cables - you can always 'undo' your work if you have data issues. Unless you have braieded SCSI160 cables, which are just about impossible to do that to
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    Niiiiiiiice wiring. I wish I had the patience to do that and the tools

    Cheers for that BUFF - I might try and tidy mine soon once its all running how I want it and once I've got my round IDE cables sorted out.

    Cables ties = good

    Having said that - I currently have a piece of terminal block hanging out the side of mine where I needed another molex the other day....
    Now go away before I taunt you a second time.
