    Speakers....

being the studenty type with nothing better to do while i have a hangover, i figured (somehow) "hey, why dont i slap led's in my speakers, what a good idea!"

im guessing its out of the question to run the led off the power from main speaker, so im guessing it going to be a battery as the only viable option. i can solder reasonably, and have only the most vague grasp of electronics. Is this going to be possible/feasable?

Very easy, you just need to find a way of powering the LEDs. Any battery (low voltage) will do as long as you have the correct resistor.
