    Thermaltake Bigwater

Just wondered if anyone else has tried one of these?

I fitted one into a Temjim case and apart from the very fiddly conections it ran very sweet but unfortuanatly didn't like being dismanted again as I managed to hairline crack the cpu block (Ochh) without me realizing and it leaked onto my X800XT , Luckily it didn't cause any damage.

Shame as the new case it was being moved into was one it was designed for, TT Shark.

I ended up using Asetek waterchill parts instead, which imo are a dream to work with.

Anyone else tried the TT Bigwater? and what are your thoughts about it's design?
Is it's connections as bad I feel they are or am I just extremely ham fisted.

Got any pics of it? was it the polycarb top that cracked I assume...

Its probably fixable.. or replaceable.. get some pics

Thermal take watercooling is crap anyway.... stick with the good brands that have proper products in that sort of market (swiftech.. asetek.. dangerden etc..)

The Bigwater came from http://www.xcase.co.uk/ although I don't think there in stock at the moment.

Case as it is now with Asetek W/C setup, It ain't neat nor tidy but it works just fine

Cracked Bigwater Block after my attempt at trying to cure the leak with ptfe tape which just made things worse.

Didn't manage to find anywhere that did spares for the B/W which made it an expensive lesson in treating things with kid gloves in future.
